This method of semi permanent make up was developed 20 years ago and has become internationally recognised for its high standards of training and treatments. The very latest techniques are being carried out by the clinic’s Aesthetic Practitioner, Deborah Peebles who has worked in the medical aesthetic field and as a makeup artist for film and television for over 17 years.

Semi-permanent make-up is the application of pigments into the dermal layers of the skin to create perfectly defined brows, eye lines and beautifully contoured lips. It can also be used for corrective work.

              

The treatment is given over 2/3 sessions within 3 months to give the most natural effective treatment. Semi permanent make-up will fade over time and it is advisable to have the colour boosted every 12-18 months.

 

A thorough consultation is given to determine shape, colour and to understand the client’s needs. All contours are drawn in before treatment commences and, even though the colours used are hypo allergenic organic mineral pigments, a patch test is required.

 

Deborah has a very professional approach to her work and uses her creative ability to create a very natural subtle look. Eyebrows are defined by creating hair line strokes so they appear as real as possible. A lip blush effect can be created to give a fuller youthful looking lip and eye lines to enhance and define the eyes.
